Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Memteer a limited license to process and host it solely to provide and support the service.

We may update features, limits, or pricing. Where appropriate, we will communicate significant changes in advance.

Disclaimers and limitations

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
